Discussion

There are different ways how to introduce the concept of "discontinuous" spaces. The approach followed in this MR is to change the local coefficients of a local finite-element to be all associated to the element interior instead of the sub-entities. A generic mechanism to construct finite-element spaces on a grid is then based on a mcmgmapper and a layout based on the local finite-element keys.
