Add the storage field and compute field to the dynamic Lagrange cache

This MR adds the storage field type SF and the compute field type CF, using in the definition of the LagrangeLocalFiniteElement to the DynamicLagrangeLocalFiniteElementCache. It is observed that the default double for these types is not always the best choice. This MR gives the user of the cache the choice.
