Draft: [feature][BDFM] Add missing simplex implementations for order 0 and 1.

Also reuse the RT0 implementation when the element is the same.

I was not sure how sign changes should be implemented. The tests did not seem to check this at all. The documentation seems sparse with repect to this matter.
