Help macOS users compile DORiE with Apple Clang 10

What does this MR do?

Add note to README.md for macOS users: Add CMake flag -DDUNE_HAVE_CXX_OPTIONAL=Off to avoid the issue where parts of dune-functions (and hence, DORiE) would not compile with Apple Clang 10.
