Add new config key 'output.vertexData' for plotting vertex data

The key is set to false by default to avoid clashes with the dorie.utilities module in general. The testing system uses the default config settings as baseline, so we would otherwise need to add the new key to every testing meta-ini file.

This resolves #41 (closed).
