Include "latest" tag in dunepy volume name.

Also tag the dunpy volume with the Dune-version if it is just the master-branch, i.e. use dunepylatest and not just dunepy. Otherwise it is difficult to use the containers as base for something else which adds stuff on top, as the mount /dunpy then shadowes the actual home-directory /dunepy in the image.
