We need to merge this the bug fixes here are important and at least the gridfunction to ufl works fine. The only issue is the space but we can keep the version suggested in this branch for now and deprecate them if we find something better like a direct dune-fem-space to ufl space. @martin.nolte if you don't object I'll do this on Thursday.
