Forward-facing step example produces only trivial output
The forward-facing step example builds and runs, but its output always seems to be a constant function. I have tried, e.g.,
./main_euler 1 0 2
and get the output
ALUGrid creation from YaspGrid can only handle 1 interval block, using default DGF method to create ALUGrid!
You are using DUNE-ALUGrid, please don't forget to cite the paper:
Alkaemper, Dedner, Kloefkorn, Nolte. The DUNE-ALUGrid Module, 2016.
Created parallel ALUGrid<3,3,cube,nonconforming> from input stream.

You can tell that the output is problematic by noting that the grid never gets refined.
