Be less strict about using Zoltan
The current behaviour of dune-alugrid to issue a hard-to-remove warning (#warning
's shouldnt be ignored in general, I guess) when not using Zoltan seems a bit of an overkill. This is especially true, since the default in Dune has changed from sequential to parallel builds and many users will build parallel programs which they will only ever run sequentially.
I think it would be
- sufficient to issue a configure warning
- nice to introduce a switch to disable the warning
