Make compile with zlib in a nonstandard location

Elias Pipping requested to merge pipping/dune-alugrid:bug/fix-zlib-include into master

ZLIB_INCLUDE_DIRS should be ZLIB_INCLUDE_DIR. Also, the dunealugrid library needs it.
