Description
Currently dune-common holds many parallelization related headers in dune/common, but some are in dune/common/parallel.
In order to unclutter dune-common, I suggest to move the headers from dune/common to dune/common/parallel.
Right now I identified: mpicollectivecommunication.hh mpiguard.hh mpihelper.hh mpitraits.hh
