Description
The mnark method should have a priority from refine to none to coarsen ( 1 > 0 > -1 ) which means, that if mark is called with refCount = 1 for an entity which was marked by -1 before, then the internal marker is overwritten by refCount = 1. If the method mark is called with refCount = -1 for an entity that was marked for refinement before, the the refinement marker remains.
Refinement always outranks Coarsening. I'll add the documentation, and the implementations should be checked.
