Description
In a parallel run is the semantics of maxLevel
- the maxLevel for the local partition?
- the maxLevel of the grid over all processors?
ALU takes the second view at the moment but I think the first makes more sense and I would like to change ALU's behaviour (no way to make backward compatible...)
