Description
The problem seems to be in RaviartThomasSimplexLocalFiniteElement<2,double,double>.
Compiler is gcc-4.7.2 32bit.
It seems that the call to Dune::DefaultBasisFactory returns an invalid pointer. I was not able to track this down further due to #781.
