#1309 Type names not matching in localbasis and interfaceswitch

Description
In interfaceswitch.hh in line 135-146 some typdefs export types from the Basis. However, the types have different names in locabasis.hh. For example in localbasis.hh it is DomainFieldType in interfaceswitch.hh it is DomainField. This results in a compiler problem with clang on my Mac (on obviously is not correct). For me it was not completely clear which file to correct and if the type names exported by interfaceswitch.hh should then be renamed as well. I think most probably they should. This problem affects also the trunk.
