Description
Hi,
hybridtestgrids.hh is included as documentation, but is actually used by grid tests, also in external modules (e.g. foamgrid).
Could it be moved below the dune/grid/* hierarchy and also get installed as a regular header? Otherwise grid checks using it will not work with installed versions of dune-grid. Also
#include "../../../../doc/grids/gridfactory/hybridtestgrids.hh"
just doesn't look right.
