#151 AlbertaGrid doesn't read valid dgf file

| Comment | attached kurbelwelle is not a valid file. The kurbelwelle from Oli works well with AlbertaGrid. |
Description
I cannot read the attached dgf file into AlbertaGrid. Instead, I get around 7000 lines of error messages starting with
macro_test: WARNING in ../3d/macro.c, line 489 not implemented for 3d yet: no check is performed check_mesh: checking mesh check_fct: error detected!!! boundary[2] on domains boundary is nil on element = -1 interior boundary[3] non nil on element = -1 boundary[2] on domains boundary is nil on element = -1 interior boundary[3] non nil on element = -1 boundary[2] on domains boundary is nil on element = -1 interior boundary[3] non nil on element = -1 boundary[2] on domains boundary is nil on element = -1 interior boundary[3] non nil on element = -1 boundary[2] on domains boundary is nil on element = -1 interior boundary[3] non nil on element = -1 boundary[2] on domains boundary is nil on element = -1 interior boundary[3] non nil on element = -1
It doesn't seem to be the grid file itself, as ALUGrid reads it with no difficulty.
