Description
Hi, with this patch is now possible to change the hostGrid of a GeometryGrid using the new method setHostGrid(...).
This feature is very useful (and in my case is indispensable) since I use a GeoemtryGrid to have a moving mesh and sometimes, when the mesh quality is too low, I have to remesh everything which means that I have to change my hostGrid.
This patch doesn't change the behaviour of any existing code therefore, if setHostGrid() is not used, everything works exactly as before.
Finally, there are some minor changes of the existing documentation since there were some small typos and some missing documented methods.
