Description
As a follow-up to #632 (closed): the MCMG mapper returns invalid (i.e. negative) indices if the old interface is used. I'm on dune-grid r5858 svn:
./test-mapper => YaspGrid(dim=2,dimworld=2) level 0 codim[0]=4 codim[1]=12 codim[2]=9 leaf codim[0]=4 codim[1]=12 codim[2]=9 leaf dim=2 geomTypes=((cube, 2)[0]=4,(cube, 1)[1]=12,(cube, 0)[2]=9) index: -1147094208
