Description
The Free Software Foundation says that a copyright notice and a statement of copying permission should be included in each source file if a body of software is to be released under one of the GNU licenses. So far, DUNE has not done this, however, as we are gaining wider acceptance maybe we should start doing it.
It seems like a lot of work, especially when doing it pre-release/post-merge. Is there a semi-automatic way to add such a copyright notice?
