[cleanup]Avoid deprecated interfaces from the core modules

This replaces several deprecated interfaces from the core modules by their newer analogues.

With this patch, the only remaining warnings I get when building the dune-fufem tests are deprecation warnings for dune/common/function.hh. This is because the deprecated Dune::VirtualFunction class is still used all over dune-fufem.
