Rework ScaledSum___Assemblers.

After commiting them to dune fufem, I worked on the ScaledSum___Assemblers to simplify their usage, but forgot to immediately update the remote repo. I intend to provide these changes to everyone now, mostly because I do not want to support the old variants and I believe that hardly anybody uses them anyways.
