Update DORiE module information

Lukas Riedel requested to merge add-dorie-info into master

This MR updates the information on the DORiE package. It adds a user module record, a news record with the latest publication, and updates the gallery entry with two new figures.

❗ I was not able to build the website locally, so I could not preview/test the result. See #86

Update: With #86 resolved, I can build the website locally and it seems like all my changes worked and are looking good
