Update to hugo 0.75

Christian Engwer requested to merge update-to-hugo-0.75 into master

There were a couple of layout errors with recent hugo versions.

The reason are slight changes in the handling of .Data.Pages.

This MR make our website compatible to the hugo version of the dune server and more recent version, as they can be found in up to date linux distributions.
