If you rely on it, add the deleted CMake files to your module.

As Ansgar not the CMake package configuration files are quite generic. This
patch autogenerates them if their templates do not exist in the source tree.
In addition duneproject and am2cmake do not generate the templates as files
in the source tree anymore.

This is a follow up to the previous patch. It corrects the situation
for new modules created with duneproject.

MPI_FOUND is already deprecated in CMake 2.8.6 - our minimal
required version.

Some of the macros used are only available for CMake 2.8.6 and higher. Bumped required CMake version
