Note this implies a semantic change, as previously the interval
was divided into 2^subsampling intervals. Now the explicit number
of intervals is set.

Also adjust some names in files and broken links.

Otherwise it is not possible to build the module. Once
the actual tex files are written, remove the comments to
automatically build the pdf.
