I could not build the docs for exercsie02 because lstlisting within
tabular didn't work.

Note: No line changes in tutorial00, line changes in tutorial01 where
fixed in documentation.

Otherwise it is not possible to build the module. Once
the actual tex files are written, remove the comments to
automatically build the pdf.
