make lfsv and lfsu usage consistent in accumulate functions

Makes r.accumulate and mat.accumulate consistent in lfsv and lfsu usage. First comes lfsv, and (for mat only) second comes lfsu. Tutorial08 was untouched, since it uses different names for lfsu and lfsv, so I was not sure whether using them differently was intentional.
