Add gridfunctionadapters

Adds DifferenceAdapter and DifferenceSquaredAdapter to PDELab. They are used in several places of the pdelab-howto and in testdglegendre of pdelab. I think it makes sense to include these adapters directly in pdelab instead of copying them all the time.
