Make CI happy for PDELab master

Dominic Kempf requested to merge feature/bugfix-remove-difforder into master

Contains the necessary changes to make CI happy on master:

  • Remove usage of diffOrder in DiscreteGridViewFunction. Not the best of solutions, but in absence of a proper upstream replacement I do not see a better one.
  • Adjust grid size of periodic poisson test (due to stricter bounds checking YaspGrid)
