[bugfix] Explicitly name std::placeholders, as boost also provides _0, _1 etc.

Linus Seelinger requested to merge bugfix/std-boost-placeholders-ambiguity into master

This allows building with libraries depending on boost, e.g. MUQ.

I guess this should also be merged for 2.6.
