Adjust pdelab to matrix free solvers

I try to extract the matrix-free solvers for DG methods from exa-dune. Most changes happen in seperate files and I decided to put them into a new module called dune-pdelab-mf. When the implementation reaches a good state I will try to merge those changes into PDELab.

Some changes are hard to seperate from PDELab and I decided to put them in this merge request.
