Dominic Kempf requested to merge feature/new-structure-with-includes-and-hookbuilds into master

TODOs left:

  • Port the rest of the existing image
  • Split images folder from build to avoid stupid nesting
  • Add a dune.docker python package that will implement an update server in the future
  • Bring documentation up to date
