Delete special keywords in generated ini files
Special keywords like
__exec_suffix = foo
__name = bar
[__STATIC]
foo = bar
are not needed by the executable, i.e. non-standard commands. The "name" keyword is already being deleted in metaini.py. We could also delete the other parts.
It is open for disccusion, if the static section helps anyone to see which static option were set for this configurations.
On the other hand, without the static section one ini file could be theoretically reused for other executables (they just have a different static section), thus reducing the number of generated ini files drastically.
