Feature/2.4 compatible fix tuple entries model

The concept helper tupleEntriesModel() fails with more than two types, such that, e.g., a composite basis with three factors does not compile. This was fixed in core/dune-common@d961ffd6. Since we backported the concept.hh header to the 2.4 branch the fix should also be backported.
