[functions] add interpolation of Boolean and integer-valued functions
requested to merge ansgar/dune-python:feature/interpolation-of-boolean-and-int-valued-functions into master
Interpolation of Boolean and integer-valued functions is useful to mark subsets of degrees of freedoms (for Lagrange bases). It is used in the dune-functions examples to mark Dirichlet boundaries.
