Added a new option useRefineClass to the method Get_Sons_Of_ElementSide.

It comes with a default set to 'false'.  That way, no existing code is
affected.  If set, the macro REFINECLASS is used instead of MARKCLASS
to classify the elements within the method.  This makes the method
usable even when the grid contains marked elements.
