Fix/include with subdirs

The hack to have every sub-directory in the include path does no longer work for me. Time to get it fixed by making the includes relative to dune-uggrid root directory.

This cannot be merged until core/dune-grid!358 (merged) is merged, because the symlinks don't work with the new includes

I moved the files below dune/uggrid/.
