Fetch default yml files via different project instead of url

This is a workaround for a bug that showed up after gitlab migration. See issue infrastructure/issues0#62 (closed) for further discussion.

I noticed that dune-uggrid does not include https://gitlab.dune-project.org/core/ci-config/raw/master/jobs/common/master.yml. That is the reason why I marked this work in progress. Is this on purpose or should I modify this merge request to also include this file?

Timo Koch removed the line, and I suspect that he did it on purpose. The dune-uggrid CI contains special trickery to run the tests in dune-grid in addition to those in dune-uggrid.
