of UGGrid are compiled directly into libuggrid.la.  This means
- cleaner code in the implementation
- no more special tricks in the build system
- you don't need to set --with-{problem|world}-dim anymore when
  configuring your application.  That's one occassion less to screw up.
- You can compile code like

void foo() {
   UGGrid<2,2> gridA;
   UGGrid<3,3> gridB;
   ...
}

  It has to be seen whether that actually runs, though. ;-)
