docdir is variable of automake and its by default set to $(datadir)/doc/dune-common.
Therefore there is not need to set it here.

The trick is to test for doc/doxygen/Doxydep which is only there in
the svn tree!

Doxygen now creates files with short names as tar has problems with long names (those with more than 99
characters!) that doxygen creates by default.
