It then creates a list of all UG headers that are directly or indirectly
included by them.  All these files are parsed for preprocessor macro
definitions, and a file ug_undefs.hh is written, that contains an
#undef for each macro found.  ug_undef.hh needs to be included directly
after all UG includes, to be a seal against 'macro leaking'.
