routine für alle Gitter.  D.H., man kann im Prinzip alle vorhandenen
Gittertypen als AmiraMesh schreiben (inklusive Hexaedern und gemischten
Gittern).  Das macht für strukturierte Gitter wenig Sinn, aber
für AlbertGrid z.B. sollte es nützlich sein.
Die gemischten Gitter sind noch nicht implementiert, da ich noch
keine zum Testen habe.  Kommt noch.

as new member function in class  FiniteElementOperatorInterface.
