[CMake] REENABLE_ADD_TEST -> DUNE_REENABLE_ADD_TEST

We should always use the DUNE_ prefix for our cmake
variables, to avoid scoping clashes and to stay consistent.

Sorry for not doing this immediately, it was an oversight.
