There are two versions of each of the methods addCellData/addVertexData
1) From a vector container of appropriate size
2) From a VTKFunction object that allows local evaluation
   => The P0Function and P1Function define adapters to VTKFunctions
   In Fact, any GridFunction can be wrapped up as an argument

Some performance numbers:
writing 128^3 Hex mesh with point and cell data takes 45 s (unoptimized)
and requires 120MB on disc.
Paraview needs about 4s to read the data.
I was not able to manage the base64 encoded inline binary format.
