Add other time stepping methods

Description

Currently we enforce the user to do time steps with the Alexander of order 2 method. There is no a reason to include other types of time stepping methods

Proposal

Include time stepping methods which can be chosen in the ini file.

How to test the implementation?

Extend system tests for the new methods.
