[CMake] Adapt dune_add_latex_document to new UseLATEX

* Use FORCE_DVI instead of DEFAULT_SAFEPDF
* FATHER doc and DEFAULT_PDF not needed
* old arguments are filtered/translated and a
  deprecation warning is emitted
