The 2.10.0 release

This merge request contains the 2.10.0 release, and the associated website changes/additions.

Unlike for previous releases, we have changed the release page a little bit: Having all change logs of all modules copied into a single page is too unübersichtlich for my taste. Instead, this patch keeps each change log as a separate file, and then simply links to these files from the release page.
