Remove multistep directory
The multistep directory contains a number of leftovers from the old multistep time integrators that have been gone for a long time. Marian has a new implementation that is much closer to the one-step methods and will live inside the instationary directory.
As the stuff inside multistep can't be used anyway, we can just remove the whole directory.
