Future of l2volumefunctional.hh

Does anyone use l2volumefunctional.hh?

I do, that's why I wrote it. The idea behind is that a) I do need to test given functions against FE test functions, without that being part of a boundary value problem b) That same code exists in most local operators, and I wanted to start centralizing it somewhere.

I'll close this issue, as we decided to keep class.
